Cancellation Policy

At AAUM Universal Concepts, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you receive an incorrect, damaged, defective, or incomplete item, please contact our customer support team within the stated return period after delivery.

To qualify for a return, products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with tags, packaging, and accessories where applicable. Items that show signs of wear, misuse, or alteration may not be accepted.

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as underwear, intimate wear, clearance products, or specially discounted items may be non-returnable unless defective.

Once a return request is reviewed and approved, customers may receive a replacement, store credit, exchange, or refund depending on the situation and product condition.

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe, though bank or payment provider timelines may vary.

Shipping charges may be non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

AAUM Universal Concepts reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the stated conditions.
